Muscle Building From Three Easy Tips Starting Today

We all like to have a nice body whether your a male or female. To do this we have to learn how to burn fat and build muscle. There are a select few though who want to simply beef up as fast as they can. The quickest way to build overall mass is through 3 well known exercises. Below I’ll go over exactly what these are.
Before I get into the three exercises let me stipulate a little known philosophy about get big quickly. To build muscle quickly you have to implement compound movements. The reason why compound exercises work is that they use more muscle fibers which in the end lead to increased muscle gain. An example of this type of routine would be the bench press followed by the dumbbell row. To put it simply, a push and pull movement with a short period of rest in between. Now on to the exercises.
Exercise 1. The Squat – Working the lower body has never been a favorite for most people. This is unfortunate because many people look just plain silly with a big upper body and a small lower body. The squat is vital for anyone looking to pack on mass for the lower body. Squats work the quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves all at the same time. This should be a cornerstone of any leg routine.
Exercise 2. The Bench Press – The bench press on the other hand is a favorite for those who want to pack on some serious mass. The reason guys want a big chest is because it is attractive to the opposite sex and you just plain look impressive. The bench press focuses on the chest but also works the shoulders, triceps and some biceps.
Exercise 3. The Dumbbell Row – The last mass building exercise is focused on the back. The dumbbell row will give you the broad look that many people are looking for. This exercise focuses on the back but also works the traps, rear shoulders and biceps. This is a great compliment to the bench press.
If your really looking to put on mass quickly then these 3 exercises are a must in your routine. The movements are nothing new and have been around since exercise began but they continue to work the best. Even if you want to simply build muscle and burn fat these exercises will work great. If that is your goal just use lower weight when performing anyone of these exercises. Just be sure that you use these exercises in your weekly routine.
